Our exercises are organized into four exercises per group. Athletes rotate through.each circuit and switch after three sets. 

Sled push/pull
Hands elevated push-ups
Goblet squats
Split squats
SL RDL reaches forward
Floor chest press with dumbbells
Front planks
Side planks
TRX Row
Box jumps
Hurdle hops
Broad jumps
Single leg bridges
Side steps with band around legs
