Fall Girls Lacrosse 12-Week Program

OC Athletics Girls Lacrosse is a high-energy, 12-week training experience designed to help athletes build confidence, sharpen fundamentals, and develop game-ready skills in a competitive but supportive environment.

Our boutique-style training model features intentionally small cohorts to maximize coaching attention, increase repetitions, and accelerate player development. Every athlete receives detailed instruction and constant feedback throughout each session.

Players will train in all major areas of the game, including:

• Shooting mechanics and finishing

• Passing and catching fundamentals

• Cradling and stick protection

• Ground ball technique and possession play

• Defensive footwork and positioning

• Dodging, agility, and offensive movement

• Lacrosse IQ and decision-making

Each 60-minute session also includes a dedicated age-appropriate strength and conditioning component focused on speed, coordination, balance, agility, and athletic development. Athletes will utilize ladders, hurdles, cones, plyometric equipment, and functional training tools to build a stronger, faster, more explosive foundation for competition.
